Our client has been a provider of transmission and distribution products and services for the electrical power industry for over 50 years. They provide in-house engineering, on-premises steel fabrication and packaging.

The Transmission Line Manufacturing division provides a complete line of engineered, tapered steel poles, and wood-equivalent steel poles for transmission, distribution and other similar applications.

Qualifications:

Civil/Structural Electric Transmission Line Design

Experience in the Electric Utility industry

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution

Responsibilities

:

Provide Civil/ Structural

engineering through each step of project from analysis, design, planning, construction, startup, and operations.

Design, prepare and review technical drawings and specifications for compliance with codes regulations and industry standards.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team including strong technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation.
