We are seeking Cleaners: Commercial and Construction Cleaners to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Bryant’s Touch Cleaning Service Company is looking for dependable people. Our company specializes in the janitorial maintenance of commercial properties and developments. We have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to guarantee our customer's satisfaction. We are a punctual, precise, and dedicated company that aims for the pursuit of perfection. We are looking for more personnel that can help us grow and perform beyond expectations.

Day crew— Monday- Friday— 7a-4p @ $11hourly

Night crew— Monday- Friday — 5p-11p @ $11hourly

Must pass background check for commercial cleaning, NOT construction cleaning

High school diploma

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash to disposal area

• Collect and breakdown cardboard boxes and dispose

• Sweep and mop all uncarpeted floors and mats

• Spot and stain removal

• Sweep stairwells, landings and handrails

• Vacuum carpeted areas

• Sweep outside entrances, Sidewalks, Porches, Loading docks, Alleys, Driveways (remove trash, cigarettes, bird poop-hose down if necessary)

• Dust all horizontal surfaces, chairs, cabinets, bookshelves, wall and window ledges, partitions

• Wash and dry standing plate glass doors and partitions

• Clean and shine all chrome fixtures

• Clean restrooms

• Restock dispensers

• Polish fixtures

• Report repairs

• Monitor light bulbs

• Empty ash urns and trash receptacles outside

• Stripping and waxing floors

Construction Job Duties Include:

• Disposal of trash

• Cleaning of bathrooms

• Cleaning of windows, blinds, frames

• Cleaning of cabinets, tables, desks and chairs

• Vacuuming of floors, hallways, and rugs

• Sweeping and mopping of all types of floors (concrete, laminate, and other floors)

• Dusting and wiping down

• Cleaning of glasses

• Polishing

• Removal of stains and paint spots

• Wiping of walls, doors, and other furniture

• Sweeping of stairwells or vacuuming

• Prepping of floors

• Stripping and Waxing of floors

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Experience in stripping and waxing floors (use of machines)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• High school diploma
