Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Annually, 401K, Dental, Medical, Vision

Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with the Investor Relations team at Phoenix Capital Group and will be directly communicating with current and prospective investors. This role will be critical to the efficiency of the team and will be the point of contact for investor relations and support. The ideal candidate has high-level attention to detail, critical thinking and is excellent at communicating effectively with external partners. Our financial bond offerings at Phoenix Capital Group are an industry disrupter within our competitive set and this role offers both experience and growth opportunity for the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Be the first line of communication with investors working in tandem with the Investor Relations and Capital Markets teams to foster investor relationships and ensure investor needs are the top priority for the department.
  • Communicate directly with current and prospective investors to educate and manage the investment application process, workflow through the online experience, provide status updates on accounts, and general investor inquiries.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls from existing investors to assist with dedicated account changes along with helping the inbound main phone line.
  • Assist and respond to all incoming emails related to dedicated accounts including general investor inquiries, account changes, and funding questions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and like management platforms to generate appropriate documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute data entry and data management in company’s proprietary database for investor account tracking.

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Customer Service / Customer Relations experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Detail orientated with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to learn a new industry in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite, no remote opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Administrative experience
  • Phone Experience
  • BS/BA Degree – concentration in communications, marketing, business management, finance, management and/or like discipline.
