We are a dynamic financial planning firm based in Henderson, NV, specializing in comprehensive financial services for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team remotely.
Job Description
As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning activities. You will work remotely from home, with occasional evening attendance at financial planning events. Your responsibilities will include scheduling clients, maintaining our retail database, coordinating application completion with clients, handling paperwork, and managing client notes and accounts in Redtail CRM. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and organizing events throughout the year.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Redtail CRM and Docupace system
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in bookkeeping is beneficial
- Notary certification required
- Paralegal experience is a bonus
- Experience is not required; training will be provided
- Must have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to being hired
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule client appointments and maintain calendar
- Update and manage retail database
- Coordinate application completion with clients
- Handle paperwork and documentation efficiently
- Upload and manage client notes and accounts in Redtail CRM
- Plan and organize financial planning events throughout the year
- Attend financial planning events 2-4 times a week in the evening
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
