Opportunity

Naveris is seeking a Clinical Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team. The Clinical Operations Analyst will support ordering providers and help patients at risk of developing viral-induced cancers benefit from NavDx testing. Candidates should be highly organized and analytical self-starters who bring a positive attitude, integrity, and enthusiasm as we transform cancer prevention and care. This is an office-based role, with flexibility on location, and an expectation of on-site presence at Naveris Headquarters in Waltham, MA as needed and field travel to support the commercial organization when required to support achievement of Company Objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations, the Clinical Operations Analyst will support ordering providers by delivering operational support for NavDx test orders, particularly in the setting of recurrence surveillance. The Analyst will work closely with field-based Product Development Managers, Naveris Client Services, and clinical staff in provider offices to ensure consistent patient access to NavDx testing. The Analyst will provide relevant information to medical practices and ordering providers to support their NavDx testing protocols. The Analyst will coordinate closely with commercial leadership, marketing, billing and reimbursement, and data insights teams to ensure accurate, reliable and timely test ordering data and analysis.

  • Build trusting relationship with contacts at ordering accounts to ensure a seamless experience in NavDx test ordering, reporting and tracking
  • Analyze test ordering data to ensure provider ordering patterns align to their desired testing protocols
  • In coordination with the Product Development Managers, communicate with customers and patients in support of account reviews
  • Provide support to the data insights, billing & reimbursement, CLIA lab and other teams in the Company for test ordering analysis and reporting
  • Prepare reports for distribution to internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute special projects at the direction of Business Operations leadership to support achievement of Company Objectives

Requirements

Outstanding candidates for the Clinical Operations Analyst role will meet the minimum following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of life sciences, healthcare, or other related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of successful full-time work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on clinical operations or analytics
  • Experience working in commercial-stage, high-growth life sciences or diagnostics companies OR working in a physician office, clinic or hospital providing support for patients and healthcare providers
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and/or other business intelligence tools
  • Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to engage with customers
  • Experience engaging with healthcare professionals (nurses, physician assistants, physician office staff) is highly beneficial
  • Consistently operates at the highest level of integrity and does not compromise ethical standards
  • Domestic travel up to 20% as needed to support business Objectives

All roles at Naveris require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of HIPAA and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards at Naveris.
