We are seeking a Clinical Scientist responsible for translating scientific concepts into study design and execution. This role involves integrating biomarkers, digital health technologies, and data science initiatives into clinical programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure study success.Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Program & Trial Execution
Lead the translation of scientific concepts into study and program design.
Implement biomarker, digital health, and data science initiatives in clinical trials.
Oversee biomarker selection, digital endpoints, imaging assessments, and scale evaluations.
Collaborate with the Clinical Leader to define and implement , Equity & (DEI) strategies in clinical programs.
Contribute to clinical development plans, study protocols, and training materials.
Prepare for and participate in Protocol Review Committee (PRC) and First-in-Human (FIH) meetings.
Review relevant medical and scientific literature to support trial design.Data Integrity & Oversight
Work with Data Science, Statistics, and IT teams to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
Monitor and review study data to identify trends and ensure data integrity.
Lead data visualization (DV) meetings and document key decisions.
Manage adjudication activities to ensure study accuracy.Regulatory & Stakeholder Collaboration
Provide scientific input for regulatory health authority (HA) and ethics committee (EC) responses.
Oversee the review and approval of various operational plans related to the therapeutic area (TA).
Act as a liaison between the company and clinical investigators, ensuring clear scientific guidance.Qualifications:
PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, or
PharmD or MD from an accredited institution with 1 2 years of relevant experience, or
Master's degree in a relevant field with 2 4 years of experience.Key Skills:
