CTR Group is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator - CMMS for our Shipyard Client in the San Diego, CA area.

Pay Range: $28 - $32 per Hour plus Benefits

SUMARY:

The IT Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) while providing IT support related to system functionality and data accuracy. the role involves troubleshooting CMMS and IT-related issues, training users, and ensuring accurate data entry. Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential to optimizing maintenance operations and system performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience managing CMMS and providing IT support
• Strong understanding of CMMS and its role in maintenance operations.
• Experience managing CMMS data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in IT systems incl. troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to optimize system workflows.
• Familiarity with maintenance, logistics, or operational workflows is .
