Roles & Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance and repair of CNC Lathes and CNC Mills in a machine shop environment
- Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment machines such as forklifts, lathes, forging equipment among others
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
- Repairs or replaces defective parts
- Lubricates and cleans parts
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
Desired Requirements
- Must be able to communicate both in writing and orally as it relates to the job
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in CNC Machine (Lathes / Mills) maintenance required
- Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices
- Must be able to follow instructions and have the ability to manage a range of priorities
- Must possess knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds
