CNC Field Maintenance Technician

Our CNC Field Maintenance Technicians contribute to Productivity’s success by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. The customers we serve rely on the Productivity Service team to repair, inspect, and troubleshoot their CNC metal working equipment.

• $35 - $40/hour – plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews
• Full-time - 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
• Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments
• Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals

Requirements

• ·Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role - experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Formal training in electrical systems - mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance
• Comfortable working alone and with peers
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Monday – Friday - Occasional overtime - Some overnight travel (4-6 nights/month on average)
