Job Description:
Pay Range: $18hr - $23hr
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot all in-house industrial controls, CNC Equipment, etc., and performs preventative maintenance functions to such equipment.
- General knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
- Ability to learn CNC fundamentals, can operate CNC machines as required for maintenance and troubleshooting (G-codes, offset, home, cycle start).
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance procedures especially for CNC equipment and other process-controlled equipment.
- Maintain CNC equipment, monitor newly installed equipment, and train other workers in the operation of equipment.
- Must be flexible and willing to work as a fabricator as well.
- Ability to Diagnosis machine component failures vs programmatic issues with CNC code.
- Actively engage in safety of self and others at the facility, including holding customers and contractors responsible for best-in-class safety.
- Produce a quality product with attention to detail.
- Ensure orders maintain internal schedule to keep pace to be on time to customer.
- Follow directions from manager and functional lead to complete daily tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities as needed.
- Other Job Duties as required.
Key Objectives:
- Maintain and Operate CNC machines.
- Measuring of aluminum extrusions to be cut for fabrication.
- Assembly of cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames.
- Check material against orders and visually inspect incoming materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills:
- MAINTENANCE REPAIR.
- CNC.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
- Must have some knowledge of machine operations.
- Knowledge of CNC mechanical operations and performance.
Qualifications:
- CNC experience; programming experience.
- Ability to learn CNC fundamentals, operating CNC machines as required for maintenance and troubleshooting (G-codes, offset, home, cycle start, etc.).
- Ability to use power tools including electrical, hydraulic and air powered industrial machines.
- 2 plus years of Fabrication or Construction experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
