CNC Maintenance Technician

We are currently searching for candidates that can service our Mazak, Haas and Doosan CNC Lathes and Machining Centers.

Applicants must have experience with Mazak, Haas, and Doosan machines.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
• Leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating, and wiring of machines and accessories.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software problems on machines and accessories
• Learn new machines features and accessories as they become available
• Utilize various test equipment such as, indicators, test bars, clamp force, gages, etc.
• Maintain machine maintenance logs and perform PMs on machines.

Education/Certification:

• 2-year technical training in electronics, mechanical or machine tool assembly
• 1-3 years of experience in Machinery Service
• High School Diploma

Skills:

• Read/understand engineering drawings
• Ability to work on own or in group while completing necessary tasks
• Ability to understand PLC
• HYD/Pneumatic circuits
• General computer skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to problem solve
• Sound writing and reporting skills.
• Strong people skills.
