Position SummaryMaintenance Technician opportunity with a Tier 1 Automotive client. This is a direct-hire position paying $28.00-$36.00, offers amazing benefits along with vacation time, profit sharing, annual raises, and more. Position Responsibilities

  1. Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure CNC machines operate efficiently and reliably. This includes tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and calibration.
  2. Identifying and diagnosing issues with CNC machines when they arise. This involves using diagnostic tools, analyzing machine performance data, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or software-related problems.
  3. Conducting repairs and replacements of malfunctioning parts or components to minimize downtime. This may involve repairing or replacing motors, sensors, actuators, or control systems.
  4. Ensuring that CNC machine software is up to date and properly configured. This may involve updating firmware, adjusting parameters, or troubleshooting software-related issues.



Minimum Requirements

  1. Must be able to work overtime, including weekends when required
  • 7+ years Experience performing repairs on Mills and lathe cncs
  • 7+ years Experience performing troubleshooting, debugging and performing preventative maintenance
  • Experience with Fanuc controls
  • Experience with Pneumatic/Hydraulic
  • Experience working with CNC machines
  • PLC Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
