The vision of the Star of the North Maternity Home is to move women experiencing housing instability due to to self-sufficiency while promoting healthy relationships, education, adoption or positive parenting in Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. Our SON Twin Ports is seeking a Co-Program Manager (part time of 20-30+ hours per week)

Star of the North Maternity Home Program Manager Job Position - Day position with some holidays/weekends

Responsible, with your co-program manager, for:

  • Ensuring SON programming under the direction of the Executive Director, in a manner consistent with SON’s mission and goals;
  • Work with Mom's and babies to assist them in achieving their goals towards education/independence;
  • Recruit, manage and provide oversight & supervision of SON’s program consultants, staff, volunteers and providing 24/7 coverage.
  • Assist with expense and revenue management, grant evaluation and fundraisers

Qualifications (Preference)

  • Bachelor's degree in Social work , Health Services or related field
  • Experience in management and supervvision
  •  Working with women and residential facilities, homeless population.
