COAL LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Execute NS2PC coal procurement strategy▪ Monitor, coordinate and propose optimization for NS2 coal loading, transhipment and discharging operations.▪ Liaise with planning team to monitor the coal importation activities.▪ Ensure contractual requirements of CTA and CSAs are followed and fulfilled including sending relevant notices.▪ Monitor daily OGV ETA/ETD/berth line up, nomination process, loading/discharging sequence, NOR, OGV/TSVs stowage plans and scheduling including when required communication with related parties.▪ Monitor and update OGV scheduling/reports including related communication with coal transporter with target to avoid OGV scheduling issues and demurrage.▪ Prepare and monitor with loading masters transhipment/TSVs scheduling forecasts / reports.
