Coffee Machine Service Engineer - Cruise Line and Support
Location: South of England, preferably near Southampton

Join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines! Our client is expanding their team to enhance service levels and increase their field engineer base. They are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Service Engineer to focus on the Cruise Line business and provide support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Dedicated Service: Provide maintenance and repair work on cruise ships, including global travel.
Installation: Install coffee machines during dock times.
Regional Support: Offer support across the UK between sailings.
Timely Service: Ensure prompt completion of cruise line service calls.
Technical Development: Develop knowledge to support both cruise line and operations.
Effective Communication: Work with the service desk and customers to assess and meet their needs.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues with coffee machines.
Requirements:
Experience: Relevant industry experience with bean-to-cup coffee equipment.
Customer Focus: Strong organisational skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using systems like Outlook, Excel, and Explorer.
Flexibility: Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Travel Ready: Must have a valid passport.
