Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:Brim Laundry Machinery, a leading manufacturer of industrial laundry equipment, is seeking a skilled Combination Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating components used in heavy machinery, ensuring high-quality and durable welds. This role requires expertise in multiple welding techniques, blueprint reading, and adherence to safety standards.Pay:

• $18-$24

Schedule:

• 6am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals, including stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Fabricate and assemble machine components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety protocols.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in combination welding, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience welding different metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience working with large industrial machinery or heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with robotic welding or CNC cutting equipment.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and best practices.

Skills:

• Experience with grinding, cutting, and finishing welded components.
• Understanding of welding safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Basic knowledge of machining and metalworking tools
