Through a highly integrated approach, the teams identifies operational complexities and develop practical solutions that drive sustainable growth and a competitive edge Required qualifications 1) Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience 2) Senior advisor with expertise in complex commercial negotiations particularly on large-scale projects 3) Real estate experience is a must 4) Expertise in high-stakes negotiations and ability to drive the entire process end-to-end 5) An aptitude for financial acumen is required to evaluate different negotiation outcomes 6) Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to large-scale property development in the Region 7) Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both landowners and developers, acting as a trusted advisor and mediator 8) Regional experience is a prerequisite 9) Arabic language proficiency is advantageous Workload/Location Full time role, UAE Engagement Temporary or Permanent depending on the Candidate Start date research very URGENT, immediately available Candidates preferred
