Commercial Construction Foreman

We are looking for a Commercial Construction Foreman to coordinate work at jobsites. You will work with subcontractors and TEAM DDS staff. While acting as the site contact for your supervisors you will assist with general carpentry and field staff labor. As the point of reference of both subcontractors and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

The candidate will act as TEAM DDS job site representative. This role will learn to be responsible for the onsite coordination and management of all site construction activities including supervising sub-contractors and coordinating with TEAM DDS Resource Manager and Project Manager to successfully complete the project on schedule, within budget, and meeting TEAM DDS quality standards. You will work on job sites, this is not a 'desk' job.

The position will always involve helping with actual construction while also helping manage the onsite people and subcontractors.

Service Management

Receive requests, schedule, and assist with executing service and warrantee work for client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Reporting - Daily Logs
• Hands-On Construction Work
• Coordination and Communication
• Be familiar with plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
• Work with Project Manager, owner’s rep, architect and subcontractors to resolve any conflicts that may arise and communicate any such conflicts immediately to Project Manager
• Communicate, implement, and enforce company safety policy as it pertains to assigned project.
• Attend job meetings and/or any other meetings as may be required for the successful and timely completion of the project

Ability to schedule service calls will be a plus.
