Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay: $90k - $120k

Type: Direct hire, full time + bonus

Industry: Commercial Construction

Responsibilities

• Work with Management and Project Managers, responsible for overall field operations of large-scale commercial projects
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and provide feedback to project managers prior to contract award
• Review job cost reporting and assist project managers in maintaining budget control
• Order materials and schedule inspections
• Prepare daily reports, safety reports, schedules
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with necessary subs, vendors and customers

Qualifications

• Five (5) + years’ experience as a Commercial Superintendent
• Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all construction phases
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge and ability to perform construction work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Project, G Suite products and construction management software
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
