A commercial general contractor is looking to add experienced commercial superintendents to its team. 5 years of experience in vertical, ground-up general building construction is required. We are a multi-faceted builder in the commercial sector, building facilities from tilt-up concrete, masonry, steel, structural concrete, structural metal framing, and structural wood framing. We build in both the private and public sectors. In your submission, please highlight the projects on which you have been the superintendent, having responsibility for the entire project, with information outlining construction type, site size, and building square footage. Tenant Improvement experience will be considered, but ground-up superintendent experience is a must. Organization, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task and communicate with others verbally and in writing are a must. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.
