Meckley Services Inc., is a commercial service maintenance company, seeking a Commercial Construction Technician to join our team. We complete high quality repairs/remodels to our multiple commercial clients via service tickets. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that have experience in Commercial Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical.

Responsibilities:

• The technicians will respond to customer service requests (service calls)
• Service calls to include carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers
• Update information regarding work orders on job cost program on iPad
• Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
• Present a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Qualified candidates should have carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience
• Technicians should be able to use tablets and phones to receive and complete job tickets.
• The perfect candidate must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends.
• Schedule flexibility is of tremendous importance.
• Must be able to pass drug test and applicable background checks
