Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled tradesman with expertise in commercial construction. The ideal candidate is a versatile, all-around professional with knowledge in various areas, including:

• Metal Framing
• Sheetrock Installation
• Finish Work
• Light Electrical (a plus!)

This role requires someone reliable who can complete tasks efficiently and independently. We have multiple projects across the valley, primarily focused on tenant improvements (TI) of existing buildings.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem solver who excels when faced with challenges
• Skilled in analyzing problems and developing effective solutions
• Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
• Proactive in suggesting project improvements, product enhancements, or cost-saving measures
• In-depth knowledge of electrical regulations, construction materials, and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator, capable of understanding and conveying instructions clearly
