JOB TITLE: Commercial Estimator\n\n\nThe COMPANY\nOur client is a well established manufacturer of wooden products for the building industry. Founded over a century ago they are the acknowledged market leaders in timbre doors and windows. The name relied upon throughout the industry; main contractors, builders, architects, self-builders, etc.

\n\nThe ROLE\nDue to internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Estimator to join their team. work on projects of all types with a specific focus on large scale commercial projects which include some of the most prestigious projects in the UK. The Commercial Estimator will be preparing estimates, tender and contract documents in conjunction with client requirements.

The minutia of the role includes;\n* Creating quotations \n* Liaise directly with customers including main contractors, builders, architects, self-builders, etc. \n* Read and interpret tender documentation including detailed specification documents, contracts and architect's drawings \n* Working closely with the external sales team \n* Provide excellent customer service at all points of the customer journey \n. \nThe CANDIDATE\nOur client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Commercial Estimator possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding construction company.
