Commercial Finance Manager | South MCR (4 days in office) | £55,000 - £60,000 \n\nAxon Moore have partnered with a global, market leading business just south of central Manchester who have a requirement for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. \n\nWith 1 direct report, you will not only have ownership of monthly management accounts, but you will have a large emphasis adding value to 5-10 senior stakeholders advising on commercial decisions, maximising profitability and preparing budgets & forecasts.  \n\nBenefits:\n\n10% bonus \nPrivate medical \n25 days + bank holidays, increasing with years of service\n6% company pension \nElectric car scheme \nRole brief: \n\nProducing management accounts and monthly balance sheet reviews in line with Group deadlines  and monthly balance sheet reviews in line with group deadlines, challenging and supporting the processes as appropriate\nPreparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts \nWork with senior management teams to reflect all activity within the division, ensuring that items such as variations, rechargeable works and major project activity are represented accurately.\nBusiness partnering with operational management, assisting in driving performance and supporting with commercial decisions\nSeek to continually improve processes to eliminate administration burden and identify process efficiencies\nEnsure financial control environment is maintained and enhanced\nIdeal candidate:\n\nAbility to communicate confidently and build relationships across a variety of operational teams in the business\nSolid management accounts experience\nSAP experience is desirable \nFor more information please apply to this advert or contact Danny Kay at Axon Moore
