Senior Commercial Gas Engineer/ Mech Engineer £57/60k My Client are a leading Mechanical/Energy engineering company, who have been established for 15 years and now they employ over 70 staff as a business. The Senior Commercial Heat Network Engineer will support the installation, maintenance, and effective operation of heat network equipment (Boilers, Chillers, Fan coil units, HIU’s, Valves, working across their client portfolio within London and the home counties. The senior Commercial Heat Network engineer will also support with the development and growth of a team of Commercial Heat Network Engineers, working with the Head of Maintenance to build, develop and provide technical support. The role is a support function to our Maintenance team and Client Services; the role is a vitally important aspect to maintaining Insite's great reputation for customer service & quality and delivering our ambitious growth plans. Valid Commercial & Domestic Gas Qualifications - COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, CCN1, WAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 (Minimum six months remaining prior to renewal of certification). This is not essential but preferred. Experience and knowledge of heating control systems is also preferred. Previous experience in a service and maintenance environment Excellent verbal communication skills. Experience of writing reports and completing job cards to a high standard Experience of building services engineering within district and community heating, or large scale plant rooms/energy centres. Experience of working within a service industry. Understanding of communal/district heating schemes. Package : £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications 25 days of holiday per year, plus English bank and public holidays, plus an additional day of Birthday leave.
