Commercial Gas Engineer

Company:

UK division of a group of companies who deliver FM and Building Services Engineering solutions for commercial clients.



The Role:



You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant (natural gas) in schools, colleges and commercial office buildings between Hull and Leeds .

You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing).



The Person:

It is essential that you are a qualified Gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.



Salary and Package:

Basic up to £42,000 (40 hours per week)



Overtime rates of x1.5 and x2, call out allowance of c£100 per week (1 in 8/9)



8% pension



25 days holiday



Private use of van / 30 minutes travel each way.



40 hours per week.



2 days a year for paid charity leave



Life insurance – after 36 months service, 2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
