Commercial Gas Engineer

As a Gas Maintenance and Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial gas and plumbing systems in a variety of properties across London and the South. The role involves ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory standards, diagnosing faults, repairs, and providing high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems, boilers, and associated equipment.


Carry out plumbing work, including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting in commercial properties.


Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and all relevant health and safety standards.


Diagnose and resolve faults promptly to minimize downtime for clients.


Collaborate with other engineers and contractors as required for larger projects.


Complete and maintain detailed service records and reports.


Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism in client interactions.

Requirements:

Gas Safe registered with qualifications in commercial gas work (e.g., COCN1, ICPN1).


Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance and plumbing.


NVQ in Plumbing.


Strong knowledge of gas regulations and safety standards in the UK.


Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Full UK driving license.
