CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering London & surrounding areas working on a mixture of contracts on one of London's most famous institutes

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record of being a commercial gas engineer.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £57,000 depending on experience with a potential route into further career progression.

 

Hours of work / Pay :

• Day shift engineers - 4 on 4 off - 6am - 6pm -

\n

• £30p/h

\n

• £57k per annum

\n

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties 

\n

• Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties

\n

• Self-delivery of smaller installations

\n

• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.

\n

• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment

\n

• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.

\n

• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance

\n

• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

\n

Requirements

\n
• Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas)

\n

• Client facing

\n

• Full driving license

\n

• Salary - Up to £57k depending on experience & Qualifications

• No call out

\n

• Fully expensed van and fuel card

\n

• Mobile phone and company uniform

\n

• Temp to perm initially, paid weekly

\n
