Company:\nUK division of a group of companies who deliver FM and Building Services Engineering solutions for commercial clients.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant (natural gas) in schools, colleges and commercial office buildings between Hull and Leeds .\nYou will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing).\n\nThe Person:\nIt is essential that you are a qualified Gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.\n\nSalary and Package:\nBasic up to £42,000 (40 hours per week)\n\nOvertime rates of x1.5 and x2, call out allowance of c£100 per week (1 in 8/9)\n\n8% pension\n\n25 days holiday\n\nPrivate use of van / 30 minutes travel each way.\n\n40 hours per week.\n\n2 days a year for paid charity leave\n\nLife insurance – after 36 months service, 2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)\n\nMarket leading Sick Pay\n0-3 months - 1 week\n3 mths-2 years - up to 4 weeks\n2-5 years - up to 12 weeks\n5-10 years - up to 16 weeks\n>10 years - up to 26 weeks\n\nSubsidised gym membership, career break options (after a qualifying period)
