Commercial Gas Engineer

A Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer is required for a well-established building services provider based in South West London who have been in operation since 1985 holding long-standing contracts with private managing agencies of commercial

buildings.

The company is seeking a skilled engineer to carry out a variety of tasks, primarily focused on the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating systems and plant rooms. Work will be carried out across a mix of commercial properties and communal

residential buildings (such as plant rooms within apartment complexes and flats).

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary £52,000 - £58,000 depending on experience

Company van with limited personal use

Extensive overtime paid 1.5 & 2x

Working hours 8am - 4:30pm on site, plus 1-hour additional pay per day, for travel

23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Call out rota 1 in 6 weeks plus stand by and overtime
