Commercial Gas Engineer\n\nLocation: North-West London & Surrounding Areas\nSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent\nWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (on-call rota)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nValoris Group Limited is hiring for a commercial gas engineer on behalf of a well-established mechanical and electrical services provider. The company operates across public and private sectors, delivering installations, maintenance, and emergency response services.\n\nThis role involves servicing and maintaining commercial gas systems, working within a strong technical team, and handling a variety of commercial properties.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Perform planned and reactive maintenance on heating systems and plant rooms.\n\n * Conduct servicing, inspections, and repairs on commercial boilers.\n\n * Diagnose and repair faults, including gas leaks, interlocks, and BMS-controlled systems.\n\n * Complete small works and plumbing installations for heating systems.\n\n * Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and industry standards.\n\n * Work collaboratively with electrical and BMS teams.\n\n * Produce detailed service reports via PDA.\n\n * Respond to emergency breakdowns as required.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Gas Safe Registered\n\n * ACS Certifications: CoDNCO1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CCN1\n\n * Water Regulations 1999 & Water Byelaws\n\n * Additional certifications such as CORT1 and ICPN1 are desirable\n\nExperience & Skills:\n\n * Minimum five years of experience in servicing and maintaining commercial gas systems.\n\n * Strong knowledge of boilers ranging from 65kW to 6MW capacity.\n\n * Familiarity with BMS controls and interlock systems.\n\n * Ability to diagnose faults independently.\n\n * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nBenefits\n\n * Competitive salary with overtime and call-out bonuses\n\n * Company van and fuel card\n\n * Private medical insurance\n\n * Enhanced sick pay\n\n * Health cash plan and contributory pension scheme\n\n * Retail discounts and cycle-to-work scheme\n\n * Training and career progression opportunities\n\nWhy Apply Through Valoris Group Limited?\n\nWe work with top-tier employers, ensuring access to competitive salaries, strong benefits, and career development opportunities.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you're a commercial gas engineer looking for a new opportunity, apply today
