The Commercial HVAC Foreman Installer plays a critical role within the R&R Heating team, responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. This position demands a high level of expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the field, with at least 3 years of direct experience in commercial HVAC installations. We are looking for a leader who is not only technically proficient but also capable of guiding and motivating a team to achieve excellence in every project. Experience with large projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to meet or exceed project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring best practices are followed and addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Conduct site evaluations and project feasibility studies, recommending the most effective HVAC solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members, ensuring expectations are aligned and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing personal expertise and contributing to the team’s professional development.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, with a strong track record of leading successful projects.
- Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and energy efficiency practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, direct, and support a high-performing installation team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, focusing on innovative and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, customer service skills, and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology/installation are highly .
