SEEKING COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN for North Dallas company.

WE NEVER LAY OFF DURING THE OFF SEASON | GUARANTEED 40 HOURS DURING THE OFF SEASON!!!

Service Technician Summary:

• Responsible for driving processes to achieve growth goals and financial outcome of the business unit.
• Innovation: The Service Dept is poised for growth and will require research and investment into technology to improve our functions such as dispatch, inventory, service work documentation, billing, payroll, etc.

Skills:
• Commercial HVAC service and repair experience is required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective management of client relationships.
• Microsoft environment
• Experience with VRF/VRV technologies is desirable but not required

SUGGESTED COMPENSATION STRUCTURE BASED OFF YOUR EXPERIENCE but WE are Negotiable:

• 0 to 1 year experience ~ $30 to $35
• 1 – 2 years ~ $32 - $38
• 2 - 4 years ~ $38 - $42
• Competent Commercial HVAC Svc Tech experience $40 to $55.
