We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in various commercial settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and split systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
• Work with refrigerants, following EPA guidelines and safety protocols.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for system installations and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
• Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates on job progress.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Certifications: EPA 608 Certification required; NATE Certification .
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
