Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with residential, commercial, or industrial systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVACR systems including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and related controls.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system performance and energy efficiency.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.

• Work independently or as part of a team on service calls, system replacements, or new construction projects.

• Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and safety regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.

• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance needs, and energy-saving tips.

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls as needed.

• Stay current with industry best practices, certifications, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or HVAC certification .

• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal ).

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVACR experience.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoors in various weather conditions.

Skills:

• Experience with ductless systems, VRF, or refrigeration.

• Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, invoicing, or estimating.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

• NATE certification is a plus.
