Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in a variety of commercial environments. Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and split systems

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner

• Handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations and industry safety standards

• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation of service, repairs, and maintenance activities

• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding job status and issues

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience

• Certifications: EPA 608 Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus

• Skills: Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities

• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
