A candidate must have successful experience in market access and new products launches with international background, have expertise in building contractual relationships with wholesalers at all levels, national distributors, pharmacy chains. 1. Establish productive and professional relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy and other chains. 2.Ensure contractual relationships at distribution level to reach targeted sales KPIs 3.Do every-day monitoring and communication with distribution chain to ensure contractual agreements and sales targets are in line with targets 4.Timely organize procedures on product launches according to marketing plan at wholesaler’s level 5.Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly wholesales reports 6.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs 7.Liaise with Marketing, Ops & Compliance team to ensure brand consistency 8.Stay up-to-date with new product launches 9.Conduct presentation, events for clients, participate at industry conferences 10.Analyze metrics in all areas of sales, distributor performance, organizational performance for reporting to higher management and for decision making 11.Any ad hoc duties as assigned
