Commercial Manager Manchester/Liverpool\n£80,000 - £100,000 + package High Rise Residential\n \nThe Opportunity  \n \nThis position will give you the opportunity to be the Commercial Manager for the construction division of a growing modern construction business, they are well known and highly respected in the industry, with a strong reputation for being key players in the high rise resi sector across the region.\n \nYou will have responsibility to inspire, manage and support a team of QS staff giving input into their development and guiding them to deliver their projects in budget and on time.  You will be able to structure the team to deliver the projects as you see best.\n \nThe role requires an experienced professional who has been in Commercial Manager role previously, with a general contracting background.
