Our Client is a well respected, large Main Contractor, who due to its continuing success in work winning, is looking to augment its commercial teams with the appointment of a Commercial Manager. This contractors work load is varied mixing new build, refurbishment, D&B and negotiated projects, in Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Residential.\nThe role involves overseeing the commercial activities on a number of projects, each with their own QS presence. The size and complexity of the projects determines the numbers of sites supervised.\nThe candidate will have a background in quantity surveying, gained in a main contracting environment with a strong knowledge of the North West construction market.\nThe candidate will ideally have a good understanding of mentoring quantity surveyors and commercial staff to support their career development.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join such a well respected business that has a strong pipeline of future projects
