You will lead and manage a small commercial team, overseeing key projects and ensuring strong commercial performance. This role offers real career progression within a growing company that values expertise and leadership.



What You’ll Need:



* Strong background in quantity surveying within civils & groundworks



* Experience in contract law and commercial negotiations



* Proven ability to manage contracts, cost control & commercial reporting



* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team



* A hands-on, proactive approach to project and commercial management



* Mostly office-based (unless UK-based, where hybrid working is available)
