Depending on entry level, this will be done under the supervision of a lead or senior resource.ResponsibilitiesService request & order management (including validation, configuration, booking, cancellation)Order management process supportOrder management documentation developmentDelivery of application and process trainingReporting, metrics and analyticsIs responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilitiesQualificationsDeep understanding and knowledge of Oracle or SiebelProven experience of working as part of a successful teamExcellent time and priority management skillsAble to write concise technical or business correspondence, training material or applications documentationHighly autonomous, have a can-do will-do attitude, and extremely reliableHave a sense for detail and know how to tackle complex problems.Clear and concise presentation skills both verbally and in writingPrevious experience and knowledge in delivering trainingAbility and willingness to travel throughout Europe as neededPrevious experience managing small projects or participated in medium to large projectsExpert in Excel and PowerPointPrevious data mining and analysis experienceRelish learning new technology, understanding solutions, and developmentsFluency in English.
