We are seeking a REMOTE Commercial PC Account Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle project of  Book roll, CPP and BOP (ROLL IS TO SAME CARRIER NEW PRODUCT)
• Rating with proprietary carrier system.
• Data entry and maintain accurate customer database
• Contact with existing clients through telephone and email.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of carrier specific product

​Qualifications:

• 3-5 years commercial PC (Pa. Licensed) experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• complete understanding of CPP & BOP insurance products
• Strong organizational skills and familiarly with Microsoft Office
