We’re making the lives ofpeople who travel easier and more enjoyable while constantly developing new,intelligent mobility solutions!We are looking for Commercial Project ManagerYou’ll make a difference bySupporting the project manager in allcommercial and legal issues.Commercial project coordination e.g. applyingfor and monitoring bank guarantees, insurance etc.) as well as coordinating thelegal, tax and insurance-related topics.Asset management and optimization of projectprofitability together with PM.Preparing invoices and monitoring receivablesalong with Internal project controlling (scheduling, costs, quality).Regular project reporting / project statusmeetings / milestone reviews.Collaborating in the final project report andsummarizing any lessons learned, including feedback to the organization.Provide accurate and timely costs and cash flowforecasting.Monitoring, controlling, and updating ofproject costs, risks, billings, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging, bankguarantees, insurance, taxation and project reports.Desired Skills:Youshould have minimum experience of 5-8 years along with Bachelors/Post graduatedegree in Finance along with CA/CS/ICWA.Reportingof Status to management (e.g. costs, billings, receivables, claims and assetmanagement).Regularcommunication with customers and regular site visit.Vendormanagement includes handling of supplier invoices, payments, Letter of creditsetc.Establishingthe commercial and legal contract conditions with both customers and consortiumpartners and sub-contractors.Participatingin negotiations and interpreting and implementing contracts in the projectAssertingthe company's own claims and defending unjustified claims.Reachingagreement on contractual changes as regards scope of supplies and services,prices, schedules and other contractually agreed conditions.Identificationand financial evaluation of opportunities and risks, definition andimplementation of appropriate measures for mitigating risks or exploitingopportunities as well as establishment of reserves for remaining risks.Supportin controlling function of segment which includes, debtors review, P&Lreview, balance sheet review, various reporting and review documentationrequired as per ICFR.ProjectStatus Report and Project reviews / presentations to Management.GoodCommunication Skills.Join us and be yourself!
