You‘llmake an impact by:ToManage operational services delivery, driving operational excellence andcontinuous improvement in terms of user and customer satisfaction, compliance,quality, cost, and efficiency. Ensuring appropriate and timely projectbooking/opening in SAP-including revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS,definition of project structure and partner roles, planning of cost andrevenue, check and closing of insurances (transport, EAR, workmen’scompensation, other) and guarantees.Perform revenue, profit and cash forecastingprojecting P&L at project level, and reporting.Evaluate financial performance by comparing andanalyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Ensure compliance to all applicable guidelines inmanaging the project e. FRGs, NCM, LoA, transfer pricing, tax, BCGs, ECC and applicablelaws.Follow-up for smooth processing of monthly paymentwhile maintaining strong follow-up during invoices verification process tillthe receipt of remittances against invoices from End Customer.Together with the PM proactively setting up acontract and claim management in the project, including involvement andcooperation with the assigned contract manager.Actively communicates with customer's commercialrepresentatives and manages solving of commercial and contractual issues.Customer credit check, check of export controlregulations and requirements, booking of Order Intake according to Siemensguidelines and accounting method (IFRS) with accurate documentation at all stages.Hands on experience of fixed assets including applicationof relevant IFRS.Support in monthly, quarterly & annual closingactivities with related to assigned order / projects.Coordinate with logistic team for customs clearanceof goods/material and proper bookkeeping.Ensures the compliance of the business conductguidelines and project management guidelines.The role demands to travel on project sites.Any other work assigned.Yoursuccess is grounded inBachelor’s degree in commerce/ MBA (Finance) / ACCA (partQualified) Certified CPM for "C" Category projectswill be preferred.3-5 years’ experience in commercial or operationrelated fields.Proficient with SAP and Microsoft office.Good English to work with global colleagues.
