GreenSpark Solar is seeking a Commercial Project Manager Level I to join our team! As a Level I Commercial Project Manager, you will assist in the planning and execution of solar projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Assistance: Help with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure smooth execution.

Coordination: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate communication.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Documentation Support: Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.

Meeting Participation: Engage in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and address issues as they arise.

Performance Tracking: Help measure project timelines and milestones against established plans.

Vendor Support: Assist in managing vendors and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.

Risk Awareness: Aid in identifying project risks and developing contingency plans.

Client Relations: Support client communication to align project management services with client expectations.

Task Management: Assist in prioritizing and delegating tasks for timely project completion.
Education & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field .

1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles.

Familiarity with solar energy systems is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily sedentary and it is estimated 75% of this position will be performed remotely, and 25% in person. It is expected you will visit job sites 1-2x per month.

Annual salary range of $70,000-$84,000 annually
