A Dynamic, full-time Commercial Property Manager position is available at an outstanding Management Company for several Class A/B office and retail properties in Chicago. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!

Responsibilities/Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of Commercial experience required
• A+ Customer Service required
• Preparation of financial statements and monthly reports
• Leadership experience is a must/motivation, etc.
• Tenant involvement is very important
• Work with Vendors/Contractors
• Assist with the acquisition, disposition, and onboarding process of new projects
• Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
• Degree but not required
