The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage property operations. This role involves coordinating maintenance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and utilizing property management software like Yardi to streamline processes.

• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi software (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Russian (Ukrainian is a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and standards.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to various property sites.
