Tech must be able to take work orders from start to finish, diagnosing, making repairs, ordering parts and creating quotes. There is no micromanagement over here if you know how to take care of business and be independent. 

AREAS SERVICED: about a 2 hr radius around the DFW Metroplex. No out of state traveling.Owned and operated by Service Technicians. Full benefits. Atena, Sun Life, 401k, PTO, etc.Paid every week ADP/DDPaid Travel Time P2PFree $50,000 life & ADD 
$32.00--$65.00 per HR.

Open positions:  Supermarket Service Techs: Racks, Glycol, C02, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Cold Storage, EMS.  Restaurant Equipment Cold Side:  Walk-Ins, Reach-Ins, Ice Machines, Blast Chillers, Cold Wells, etc. Hot Side: Exhaust Fans/Hoods, Pizza Ovens, Mixers, Stretchers, Warmers, etc. Commercial HVAC:  Package Units, Splits, VRV/F, MAU, AHU. Munters, Aaon, JCI, Trane, Lennox.  Preventative Maintenance.Compressor Change OutsNew construction. 

ON CALL ROTATION:  We are currently at 3 fully staffed teams trying to lock down the 4th team. Which means everyone would be on call once a month on the weekends.  To simplify it one week on 3 weeks off. 

Again, Tech must be able to take work orders from start to finish, diagnosing, making repairs, ordering parts and creating quotes. There is no micromanagement over here if you know how to take care of business and be independent.
