• In-person full-time: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing problematic areas of commercial roofing systems. You will ensure the safety and efficient completion of roofing service projects. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Service technician
• Etensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to inspect and diagnose problematic areas of a commercial roof
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates and perform commercial roofing repairs
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the roofing industry
• Strong ability to work independently
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial roof inspections and complete service repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
• Develop detailed cost estimates for roofing projects
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, budget, and resource allocation
