Overview of Position Responsibilities: The Bluepeak Business Sales Manager is responsible for the success of all business sales in their given market for small and medium-sized businesses. This role will motivate employees, drive growth, and ensure that all employees meet their goaled sales quotas. The Business Sales Manager ensures that all market launches are seamless for the sales organization.

What You Will Do:
• Responsible for driving growth in existing and new markets by ensuring employees meet their sales quotas.
• Drive the customer experience and bring the Bluepeak brand to life through daily prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive a seamless experience from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Hire, coach, train and monitor performance of employees to established goals and objectives. Provide input to, as well as communicate company strategy and motivate employees toward achieving company vision.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Ensure that escalated issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner and that delays and/or revised time frames are communicated to affected parties.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:
• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ experience minimum in small and medium-sized business sales.
• MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.
• Software: ICOMS and Salesforce.
• Competency in verbal, written and presentation skills for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
• Build and develop strong partnerships across functions.
• Strong virtual leader creating team culture across multiple states and time zones.
• Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, projects, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics.
• Strong collaboration with direct reports, peers, and executive leadership to provide key on the ground insights and feedback to support the development of regional strategies.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to coach and train employees to achieve targets.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Frequently required to sit, bend, reach, push and pull.
• Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
• Required to be able to focus.
• Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.
